The MOS (Case Handling Module) system is now the mandatory platform for submitting applications related to legal residence in Poland. In accordance with current regulations, applications for the following permits must be submitted exclusively in electronic form via the MOS portal:

Faculty Documentation Procedure (Important)
While completing your application, the MOS system will require you to provide the official email address of your university unit. This is necessary for the faculty to receive a secure link to complete and sign the required university attachment (Annex).
To avoid delays, you MUST provide the following email address for our faculty: dziekanat.meil@pw.edu.pl
Starting from the 2026L semester, the registration of Intermediate Project (Praca Przejściowa) topics is conducted exclusively via an electronic form. After agreeing on the topic with your supervisor, every student is required to register it at the following link:

In order to make payments to your individual account number in the USOS system, your personal bank account (sender's account) must be with a bank other than PEKAO S.A. If your account is with PEKAO S.A., payments can be made to the common WUT account provided below.
Candidates and new students are obliged to submit a Medical Examination performed by an occupational physician to the Dean's Office. A special referral for this examination should be obtained from the Dean's Office. If this document has not yet been received, please contact the office during opening hours.
The referral should be delivered to one of the WUT's medical centers (or another center with available occupational physicians). After the examination, the results should be delivered to the Dean's Office.

The authorization must be submitted personally at the Dean's Office. Copies/scans of the authorization will not be accepted.
In case of loss of the student ID or change of personal data, a general application (USOSWeb/For Students/Applications ePW) must be submitted.
The application must include proof of payment for the duplicate ID (33 PLN).
If the change involves updating the photo for the ID, a current photo in .jpg format (50KB, with a 2:2.5 aspect ratio, minimum size 300x375 pixels) must also be attached.
The following applications must be completed through USOSWeb/For Students/Applications ePW. Applications must be submitted within the deadlines provided in the semester calendar (does not apply to medical leave applications).

Transfers apply only to individuals currently enrolled as students and who have completed at least the first year of first-cycle studies or the first semester of second-cycle studies.

Students of the MEiL Faculty should declare their intent to transfer through a general application (USOSWeb/For Students/Applications ePW). The application must include the name and code of the program to which they wish to transfer. Applications should be submitted once all grades are entered into the USOS system and the first year (first-cycle) / first semester (second-cycle) is fully completed.
Conditions for resumption: Former students of the Faculty (Study Regulations, Section IV, §15) may apply for resumption of studies if they interrupted their studies after completing:
