Student office hours during the summer holidays:

• From July 1, 2026, to August 31, 2026, the Dean’s Office will be open to students from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (excluding July 20–23).
• On July 20, 21, 22, and 23, 2026, the Dean’s Office will be closed to students (submission of original documents by qualified candidates).

The Dean's office for students is open from:

• Monday 10:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 15:00
• Tuesday 09:30 - 13:30
• Wednesday - no student admissions day
• Thursday 11:00 - 15:00
• Friday 10:00 - 14:00
