We encourage to personal submitting the application with all the necessary documents presentation at the first visit. The personal visit with all documents will make the procedure more faster and easy. The foreign will also receive the residence permit much more quicker. If you submit the application by post or front office, the legalization process is extended of more/less 2 months. We would also like to point out that, when the foreign fulfils all the requirements in accordance to our law during his/her visit, he/she may receive the special stamp in the passport, which confirms his/hes legal residence status during the legalization process in the Mazowiecki Urząd Wojewódzki.
