e-Clearance Slip We are launching the e-Clearance Slip dated from September 01, 2020 at our Faculty. To receive the confirmations from Deanery, Diploma institution, student dormitory administration, faculty and main libraries will be done totaly remotely. Students, who are taking part in diploma exam from September 2020, are going to have the e-Clearance Slip available in USOS system during the preparation time for submitting the diploma documents for the exam. The former students and graduates, who wish to complete the Clearance Slip (and had not submitted the paper version of the clearance slip), are requested to send the e-mail request for launching access to such clearance. E-mails to the Deanery are available on the website.

Application for extension of the deadline of submission of the diploma thesis by 3 months, application for conditional or re-registration should be submitted to the Deanery through the USOSWeb. A student should login into his/her USOS account, choose the bookmark " Student’s section/Applications ePW ", click on “submit the new application” and choose the proper type of document from the available list
External transfer (from another university), complete the application below and submit it to the Dean's Office
