PORTAL MOS (Case Handling Module)

We would like to inform you that as of April 27, 2026, the MOS (Case Handling Module) ICT system has been officially launched. This system is now the mandatory platform for submitting applications related to legal residence in Poland. In accordance with current regulations, applications for the following permits must now be submitted exclusively in electronic form via the MOS portal: Temporary Residence Permit, Permanent Residence Permit, EU Long-term Resident Permit.

Faculty Documentation Procedure

While completing your application, the system will require you to provide the email address of your university unit. This is necessary for the faculty to receive a link to the required attachment, which must be officially completed and signed.
